Winner of numerous awards from New Comer of the Year in 2007, Top Monthly Sales Awards year-over-year, sometimes consecutively, to recipient of Century 21 Ruby Masters Award for 2017. An award that requires a minimum of 32 closed transaction within a calendar year. Did I forget to mention there are 50 other REALTOR® in the company.

But after 11 years as a REALTOR® with Century 21, she decided it was time to start a new chapter in her real estate career. What better way than to start her own company and bring together a dedicated team of REALTOR® on island who she feels have the same drive and dedication she has.

Joann places her real estate wisdom and passion for life into her everyday business, helping to make clients more comfortable with the real estate transaction as they make what may be the most significant purchase of their lives. She enjoys traveling throughout Asia, 90 minutes spa sessions (if time allows), but most of all, movie nights with family to relax and unwind.
