Kamuela Moniz - REALTOR®

My name is Kamuela Moniz and as a Hawai’i native it was easy to fall in love with the beautiful island of Guam.  My focus is to serve others in one of the biggest investments they’ll make in their lifetime.  I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and my goal is to not just meet expectations but to exceed them.  Prior to entering real estate, I served my country in the United States Air Force with multiple tours overseas.  After 6 duty stations of moving my family across the United States, I’m very familiar with the processes involved and the expectations of what makes a great real estate agent.  My goal is to alleviate the stress from uprooting your family and helping them transition to island life as smoothly as possible.

Outside of real estate, I’m a photographer and videographer.  It’s not unusual to find me shooting photos or videos at the local events around Guam.  I’m also a proud husband and father to three amazing children and we enjoy spending our time outdoors either hiking, snorkeling, or just catching a sunset on the beach.
